1. Remove all items from the pool, including leaves, toys, and chemicals.
2. Fill the pool to the recommended water level.
3. Allow the pool to sit for 24 hours to give it time to fully settle.
4. Visually inspect the inside and outside of the pool for any holes, tears, or cracks.
a. Look for water seeping out of any areas.
b. Look for areas where the liner is pulling away from the pool wall.
c. Use a flashlight to inspect dark areas and corners of the pool.
5. If you notice water seeping out or an area where the liner is pulling away, you've likely found a hole.
6. Mark the location of any holes found.
7. Remove the pool cover and pump and deflate the pool.
8. Patch any holes found according to the manufacturer's instructions or replace the liner if needed.
9. Refill the pool and make sure it holds water without any leaks.
