Well, for those of you in the dark, a triathlon consists of three events, running, biking and a swimming session thrown in the middle. I am sure that most of you must have watched the Beijing Olympics, opening ceremony and most of the sports events. The approach used here is unique when compared to some of the other online books that I have looked through. In case you have not figured it out yet, I am nuts about swimming and hence the interest. Remember, back in high school, the gym teacher telling each one of us about the 'no pain, no gain' policy.
