Ron Copeland had Pacific Coast Pools design and builder his ultra custom swimming pool here in Fallbrook CA.

Ron had some pretty sure ideas about what he wanted, and while his pool doesn't have some of the remarkable obvious custom features as many of our pools do, Ron had decided to make his custom work a bit more subtle.

In fact, subtle serenity is exactly what we were going for. Ron wanted his pool to be his relaxation haven, for peace and exercise. So we created this totally unique lap pool that is precisely 1/10 of a mile in length, and Ron does his 10 laps every day, sometimes 20! There are carefully laid tile insets along the length that are lap markers but you would never know it. And by far the coolest feature are the 3 over sized urns that lines the length of the lap pool. Water cascades from the lower half of each urn, and beautiful native foliage fills the vases with life and vitality.

The lap pool is incorporated with a significant drop we included to the diving portion of the pool, from there it meanders into a large reef step edge of the pool.

Another sweet feature is Ron's raised spa that is nested in the middle and on top, overlooking the lap pool and is utilized as the dive off area. The spa is square, and has a distinct Asian feel that Ron really wanted us to come up with. And he was super stoked.

Last because the job was going so well, it became obvious that when Ron wanted to add a super custom BBQ and enclosure that we should just continue what we were doing and built that for him too! Now talk about a complete custom project.
