Backstroke

To begin the stroke you must float in the water with your lungs on the surface and the rest of your body beneath the water. Butterfly stroke
This stroke requires a dolphin style kick where your legs stay straight together as you kick them through water. The technique of the stroke is to bring both arms over your head at the same time and push them into the water to move forward.
Breaststroke
The breaststroke involves a frog style kick. You need o bend your knees and kick your legs out beneath the water. Your arms need to sweep out from your breast and sweep back to your breast. Your body needs to be completely straight between the strokes since it will help your body to move swiftly through water then.
