The pressure pump will remove any larger debris from the pool floor, though the downside is storing the large hose without creating a hazard.

The leaf net is another piece of pool cleaning equipment for your inground swimming pools, fiberglass pools, or gunit pools which is simply spread over the surface of the pool during off-seasons such as fall or winter to prevent any debris or large quantities of leaves from gathering in the pool and creating further and more labor-intensive cleaning come spring and summer.

There is a variety of cleaning chemicals to use on your pool which can remove any bacteria or algae. This is especially important if you have younger children. This pool cleaning equipment acts as a disinfectant much like bleach does and come in granules. They also come in tablets, and either option can be placed in the water. The number of times that you bleach the pool with chlorine is up to your discretion, bearing in mind that each time it is cleaned more chlorine is left in the water. Running the pool pumps will aid in cleaning the water and lessening the amount of lethal chlorine so that children can be safe if they accidentally swallow a mouthful.
