Have you ever experienced the view from the summit of a mountain? You can see for miles around on a clear day. Everything looks so small. Then the rush hits, you drop in down the steep face of the mountain carving one exciting turn after the other. Well O.K. maybe all of that isn't for you but skiing a relaxing green can be just as much fun for some. If you like to get out on the slopes than you know the importance of picking the right clothes for the adventure, if you don't then you should listen up.

Some days it can be extremely cold on the slopes. Winds up to 20 mph and the temperature near 0 can make for some miserable runs if you aren't dressed properly. Every good ski outfit starts with under garments. In the past many have used traditional wool long johns. These clothes kept us mostly warm, however, these days there are better options. Opt for thermal fleece. Thermal fleece will keep you much warmer, as well it will make it so that when you sweat you don't soak your clothes and then get cold.

Your feet have to be comfortable. There are two fantastic ways to do this and keep you feet ultra warm. The first is the traditional wool ski sock. The second is the boot warmer. The charcoal activated boot warmer will keep your feet nice and toasty for at least 6 hours. This, coupled with the warm wool sock will be all you need for your feet on your next trip to the slopes.

Remember when you ski stay warm and enjoy the ride.
