Much like with driving a car, there are some codes to follow ?this is the FIS (Federation Internationale de Ski). This should help prevent you from having an accident. If you do have an accident, you should take photographs of the scene of the accident as well as write down details of witnesses, regardless of nationality. You should then report the accident to the relevant authorities and get a copy of the report or number to identify it.

Of course, you should get in touch with your travel insurance provider in advance to cover any potential expenses and, in some cases, to begin looking into the issue of compensation where it抯 due.
