Hampton Court Palace
Glide like a king at Henry VIII’s favourite palace. One of London’s most beautiful skating venues, the Hampton Court Palace rink is open from Nov 27 to Jan 9, with hourly sessions available from 10am to 10pm. Closed on Christmas Day. Somerset House
Skating has never been more glamorous! When it’s not hosting London Fashion Week, Somerset House gives over its courtyard to a stunningly lit ice rink. Open from Nov 23 to Jan 23, the rink boasts music from top DJs, winter warmers at Tom’s Skate Lounge and cupcakes at Tiffany’s Tuck Shop. Open from 10am to 11.30pm (on selected dates). Natural History Museum
This is definitely one for the kids. Why not combine skating with a visit to see the dinosaurs at the Natural History Museum? For the first time ever this year, you can go �eyeskating’ beneath the pods of the iconic London Eye.
