Victor and Jenny Arata are guaranteed to show you Roller-skating in a way you have most likely never imagined. Yes, this married couple have perfected an act and technique that seems to even defy the very gravity of the Earth itself! Using precision and athleticism, these death defying partners rely on strength, skill and trust to ensure safety and an awe inspiring sight for their audience! All the action is performed on a custom built platform to which, you guessed it, they spin really fast. 燘ut spinning fast would be cutting the act short, and that抯 not all these daredevils get away with! They add precise poses and forms integrated into the spinning dance that rely on years of practice and an uncommon strength and sense of balance. When it抯 your significant other relying on your grip to avoid a full speed spill, the stakes all of the sudden get a bit higher!
But Victor is well prepared to make sure his wife is in safe hands, having come from a family full of performers used to staring death in the face. Raised by Trapeze artists and acrobats, his mother sought to teach him an act he could perfect that was less dangerous than flipping and spinning 100+ feet above the ground. She taught him and his siblings the at first, simple roller-skating act, but Victors natural affinity for thrills made sure he would put his own touch on the routine adding a new variable to the equation, another person! Integrating his sister into the perilous spinning act he would end up impressing many and raising more than a few important eyebrows. Since then Victor has made it his priority to constantly train his body to handle the extreme stress and tension of precisely and safely performing the routine.
But Victors Sister would later end up leaving the act, after becoming injured during one of their practice routines the family decided it was time for her to move on. Soon after Victor met Jennie, a Russian born ex-figure skater, and decided she would be the one he would incorporate into the act. After a grueling 8 month training circuit, Jennie would develop the great strength needed to stay safe in such a perilous situation. With her figure skating training, Jennie easily adapted to the spins and intensity of the act. But the two would have to train together for awhile yet before they dared to launch themselves in front of live audiences. After nearly 3 years they had finally decided they were ready and took the stage for the first time successfully. Now having made appearances all over the country, and even appearing as special guests on The Ellen Show and starring in many different charity events, The Aratas have had no shortage of good press as they keep on spinning into the heart of Las Vegas. So come see one of the most thrilling and intimate dare-devil duo抯 on the Las Vegas Strip today, and get your tickets to see 揟he Skating Aratas?at V! The Ultimate Variety Show today!?/p>
