Ankle Pick

Question
I am putting together a project on the Ankle Pick move in Wrestling for Kinestheology. I need to find some info. that will show me which muscles, joints and contractions are being used during each phase of the movements. Center of gravity etc... can you recommend any websites that would be helpful?
