Where has Kane (Glenn Jacobs) been lately? Are Edge (Adam Copeland) and Lita (Amy Dumas) dating in real life?

I know Kane has just released a new book 'Journey into Darkness'. I am not too sure with this has anything to do with Kane taking a break.

I very much doubt Edge and Lita are dating in real life.
