Hi Billy.  Thanks for the question.

1.  RVD was rumored to be backstage at a TNA event, so there are rumors that he will eventually sign with them, although it's also been said he was there to just visit friends.

I think a lot of it has to do with the health of his wife, who was diagnosed with colon cancer a few years ago.  If she's recovered from that, I think he will return eventually.  I do know he's booked to appear for an Indy promotion later this month.

2.  Booker T appeared to be on the verge of signing with WWE, but that fell apart because he apparently asked for a contract similar to Shawn Michaels, in which he gets paid a lot, but works a limited schedule.  WWE wanted no part of that.  I read somewhere where he's accepting bookings for Indy promotions.

Angle, Rhino, and the Dudleys are still under contract with TNA as far as I know.

3.  I think that might depend on if he wants it or not.  After his WrestleMania match against John Cena a few years ago, he said it didn't make sense for him to hold the title, in part because of the limited schedule he works.  He doesn't work very many house shows, and having the champ appear at those events is a big factor in attendance.

I could see him having one last run with the title when he decides he's going to retire.

4.  Probably not anytime soon, but maybe in the future.  The Rock has agreed to work with WWE in some capacity, but I don't know if that includes wrestling or not.  If he does come back to wrestle a one time match, I'm sure Cena would be near the top of the list of opponents for him.  I'm guessing that match would appear at WrestleMania, but not this year.

5.  Masters - probably not.  He has a long ways to go before he can be considered championship material.  He has a good look, but that's about it.  He's nothing special in the ring or on the mic, and he isn't going to sell any PPV's.

Jericho - yes.  He's still one of the best in the business, and I think he'll get another run with the title.

Kane - probably no.  He's past his prime, and he's not as over with the crowd as he used to be.  I don't think he's anything more than a mid card wrestler at this point.

McMahon - I hope not, but with him, you never know.  There's nothing I hate more than a non wrestler holding titles, because it makes all the wrestlers look weak, in a sense that a non wrestler can come in and beat a titleholder.

6.  Respected - The Undertaker.  He's been known as the leader of the locker room for a long time now.

Hated - I don't really know I guess, but Batista has been known to have a big attitude, in a sense that he thinks he's superior to most others.
