ANSWER: How are you doing Charity?
Well the first thing you have on your side is time. WWE will not hire any Divas that are not 21. This gives you approximately 5 years to work on everything that you need to work on. The first question I would pose to you is do you want to be an eye-candy Diva (one that does not wrestle at all except for like pillowfight matches) or a working Diva. Reading from the question, you are interested in wrestling so I will pose my answer towards you becoming a wrestling Diva.
The very first thing you should look at is a good healthy diet. The shortest Diva (Mickey James) weighs about 135 and with the exception of Beth Phoenix, Victoria was the biggest Diva at 153. This is usually the hardest step is to modify your diet so that you intake less carbs, less fast foods, less red meat and concentrate more on vegetables, fruits, fish and chicken, and light carbs. I am far from an expert on nutrition counts, preparation of diets, and subjects of this nature. There are many good sources on the web for building a diet so that you can tone.
Secondly, start a cardiovascular program. Walking, running, elliptical exercises, Pilates. The most important part of wrestling is cardio and flexibility. Muscles are important as well, but not as important as being able to get in front of a crowd and not be so winded after 3 minutes that you pass out. Along with cardio, make sure you are stretching. Flexibility is what keeps you from getting hurt out there. The two should go hand in hand.
Third is a muscle toning program. You don't need to look like Joanie Laurer or Beth Phoenix. Most of the Divas in WWE, TNA and Japan are not muscle-bound. They are tone and taught. In the physical image conscious world of professional wrestling, the ladies and the men usually look good and tone, but not like bodybuilding freaks. When you start to tone your muscles, make sure you keep your cardio and flexibility up. More often then not, when the balance between the three is off, wrestlers get hurt. Triple H is a prime example. Before he started to shed his excess muscle, he blew out both of his quadriceps muscles and a biceps muscle. Batista is constantly getting injured because he is bigger then his flexibility program. All three must be balanced to avoid injuries.
Lastly, take some acting or modeling classes. Most of the Divas were either fitness models or fitness actors prior to becoming Divas. With few exceptions (Beth Phoenix and Mickie James for mentions) they all had modeling, acting, or cheerleading experience. These classes will show you how to carry yourself in front of people, how to make yourself memorable to the fans, and help give you confidence.
As far as wrestling schools, what part of Colorado do you live in. I am familiar with a couple of schools in Colorado but if you live a long way from them, that might not do you any good. I live in Colorado Springs and am a trainer at a wrestling school.
I wish you the best of luck on living out your dream. It's a big dream but if you have the internal drive and motivation to keep with what I gave you for starters and do more research on your own, I think you have a good chance.

As far as where you are at, there are really only 2. The first one is IWF which is located in Denver. Their website is iwfpromotions.com. Their phone number is (303)452-3523. The other one is the league that I train for which is ACW. We are in Colorado Springs. Our website is asylumwrestling.com. Our head trainer's phone number is 719-388-6527.
I don't know that much about the training of IWF, but I know a good share of the guys that wrestle for them on a constant basis. Alot of them also wrestle for ACW. Basically, I would recommend that you talk with both and find out for yourself which one will meet your needs the best.
Good luck and I hope you find a league that works for you.
