Answer
How are you doing Sandeep?
It would not really matter what stipulation is on the match....HBK has been talking about retirement for about a year now. The stipulations are used to make the match more memorable. I think Shawn will lose clean. Losing to the Undertaker (one of the most respected wrestlers in the WWE locker room) is not a disrespect to HBK's legend status.
There is an old adage in wrestling, when you end your career, you go out on your back (being pinned). Shawn is doing the respectful thing to the business and to the Undertaker by going out on his back.
I know that's not the answer you would like to hear, but I hope it helps you understand why this match is going the way it is. Thanks for your questions.
