Hi, I was just wondering how tall former pro wrestler Chris Benoit REALLY was, I have heard 5'8" 5'9" 5'11" what is true, and I heard he weighed between 210 & 245 Pounds , what was his TRUE REAL average weight, Thanks you have been 100% right in the past so hope you can answer this , Thanks

5'11 was more of Benoit's billed height. His actual height is likely in the 5'8-5'9 range. As apart from medical records, he may not have been measured, his precise height can only be estimated. Given how he looks next to other wrestlers and an account from a 6'2 person who met WWE wrestlers including Benoit once, he is likely to have been in the above range range, given that with footwear one can appear taller on TV, especially if the footwear was padded. If Benoit was 5'10, it would also have been by a small amount.

Chris Benoit's average weight, from various accounts, appears to be 220 or 221 pounds, with a billed weight of 234 pounds. Given his billed weight, 245 pounds seems an inflated figure, but like the 210 pounds, it might have been true at some point in time. 210 pounds seems much more possible as a figure in his earlier years, perhaps, when he had less muscle mass. It is hard to imagine Benoit at 245 pounds- usually it is the billed weight that is the highest figure, as it seems more impressive.

Since I haven't seen any definite records of his height and weight, this is still technically just speculation.
