Answer
You're asking a lot of loaded questions if you will, but I may be able to help.

You need to go to a wrestling school, short and sweet. Without going, you won't be able to get better at wrestling unless you go to one. So yes, you must go to get into the WWE. They won't even try out many without them going to a wrestling school first.

Now once you do that, the WWE will allow you to try out with them. Many times they do try people out when they go to the UK every year. They go a few times a year and even do a tour of the area in their overseas tour, so that is when you can try out. Saves a lot on a plane ticket to America, right? lol.

There are a lot of great UK colleges, so going to an American one won't increase your chances of getting into the WWE or any other wrestling company. There are some wonderful schools in America, no doubt. But it's not as if going there is a sure fire way of getting into the WWE, ya know?

Wade Barrett and William Regal both went to wrestling schools in the UK. And they both wrestled throughout Europe. Regal came to America and wrestled some Indy stuff but went to WCW, ECW, and WWE. Barrett didn't go to America really until the WWE signed him to a developmental deal when they also signed Drew McIntyre and Sheamus, all three signings took place during a WWE tour of the area a few years ago. I believe that Barrett did go to America and wrestle a little, but I cannot be certain.

Most Age Limits for wrestling schools is 14 to 17 for a Junior program and 18 and up for the regular school. Not all have a juniors program however, and I don't really know of many in Europe that are good schools, who have one.

Now once you go to a school in the UK, like Irish Whip Wrestling(IWW), which is a great school, many times you're already getting some Independent wrestling work in, and the school will have places you can try and then you go wrestle for them. Many times other places will hear of you and want to book you. The more places you go, the more popular you get. Many times because of that, companies want to contact you, like say, TNA or the WWE, and bring you in for a try out.

If you pass, you're in. Simple enough, eh?

There aren't many ways to improve your in ring skill without actually wrestling, and most of the time, to get better, you have to be trained. So, a school is really the only way to get better at your craft.

Overweight? Two easy things to do, exercise and eat better. Wow, that was helpful huh? Enough joking, exercise is needed. I'd recommend going to a gym, talking with a trainer about what kind of body you want. And they will set up a work out plan for you.

Eating wise, the best thing to do is a few little tricks. Cutting out all red meat is a way to lose weight, do that until you get the body you want, then you can start eating red meat again, but not a lot at once. Red meat included cow and pork products, so all things made by those animals, cannot be consumed by you.

Doing things like eating grounded up turkey meat instead of grounded up hamburger meat, is a helpful thing to do. First off, the turkey is healthier, less calories, it's good protein, and is tastes good too. With this, you can be eating turkey burgers instead of hamburgers, and turkey meat in your spaghetti rather than hamburger meat.

You may think that it sounds bad, but trust me, you'll love it. Those with stomach problems also find turkey easy on their stomach, as it's good on the digestive system. I do myself, which is why I use turkey more than hamburger meat. And I was then told later on that it was far healthier, which is why I recommend that to you.

Also, eating about 6 times a day, with small meals, rather than 3 large one's, is also a good thing to do. It's good on the metabolism, which will help you lose weight. Men also lose weight easier than women, which is why eating 6 times a day with smaller meals happens to work far better for them.

Still through all of this, you need to be active and make sure to go to the gym. At 15, you have your whole life ahead of you. You're still basically starting it. Why not start it with a healthy life.

Ask a doctor about foods that are good for your age to eat 6 times a day in small meals, as I do not know every healthy food in the book. One thing that may recommend is vegetables and fruits, I say, try putting them in foods you like, so it will be easier to eat. I know sometimes eating vegetables alone tastes aweful, but with things? Usually not most of the time.

One thing I don't recommend is diet pills, they suck! Many of them aren't approved by the FDA, and all of them do not work unless you work out very often. And at that point, the pill is really not needed, as the exercise is why you're losing the weight, not the pill. Don't believe in the diet pill hype, it's usually garbage.

On wrestling schools, I mentioned IWW already, but a few others are NWA UK Hammerlock, RQW(Real Quality Wrestling Training), IPW: UK Training, Varsity Pro Wrestling(VPW), pureCATCH Wrestling School, and Main Stage Wrestling.

These are just some of the schools in the UK you can contact. Look for their numbers via google, Bing, or another search engine. If you cannot find the contact information, let me know and I'll get it for you.

Hope this helped, let me know if you have any other questions
