Hogan selfish? Austin a nice guy?

Question
QUESTION: is it true that Hogan is a selfish person in real life and he hates to people over in the ring? and what about Austin is he a nice guy and is he selfish like Hogan or no i just thought of these questions randomly by the way.

ANSWER: Haha, it's totally cool bro. I get these all the time, so don't worry about it. Now to your questions. Yes, yes, and no.

Hogan is a pretty selfish guy, always has been. And he used to be ok with putting some over, but then he got on his high horse and never got down. As a matter of fact, he was supposed to lose to Shawn Michaels at Summerslam in 2005, but decided he wouldn't do it. So he pulled his legend card, said he wouldn't appear, etc. unless HBK lost to him. He did it at the last minute, so it was impossible to say no to him. This is why HBK over sold every move he could, to make fun of Hogan in the ring. It was a blow to Hogan, and the marks as well as the boys in the back loved it. Here is the vid with some of those moves he oversold. The whole match is online at the same website though.

Hogan is doing the same thing in TNA now if you will. He says he is trying to help build a company, but he is going through a divorce settlement, paying his son Nick's bills for when he wrecked that put another guy in the hospital and is now mentally messed up, etc. So, he needs the money and TNA will give it to him, therefore why he went. This is why I don't believe much of the crap he states. He is in it for the money, which I'd have no issue with if he came out and said it, but he claims to be helping people and what not, which isn't true in my opinion.

Austin is not a selfish guy, in fact, he wanted to put over many. Anytime he was asked to do a match, he did it. Anytime he was told to lose, he said ok. Like everyone, he wanted to look out for his best interest, so it's true that he did say a few things to some and did a few things some didn't agree with so that he could get a chance at the spotlight. But look who is now a legend because of it, Austin. And he is a pretty nice guy and a big time work horse. He did what was asked of him and has been loyal to the WWE for what they did for him. Unlike some, hint hint(Hogan), lol.

Hope this helped. Let me know if you have any other questions Devan!

QUESTION: thanks that did help, that video had laughing my butt off i agree with you about Hogan being a prick in real life i guess that's the reason why Hogan didn't want to wrestle Austin because he didn't want to lose to him etc it was funny when Austin said at his hall of fame speech "I have a big fat can of whoop ass with hulk hogan's name written all over it" LOL MAN HOW BIG WOULD THAT MATCH BE IF THEY WRESTLED MAN I CAN ONLY DREAM. but my 2 other questions are is Ultimate Warrior/Randy gonna be inducted into the hall of fame and what about Owen im waiting for that to happen seeya Joe thanx for the answer and the funny video LOL and i must say damn i miss Austin wrestling in the ring

Answer
Well I'm sure Hogan is a nice guy, but as far as doing what's right for others? IDK about that.

Austin/Hogan was never planned as a matter of fact. Hogan tried to start it, and Austin didn't want to get back in the ring. Hogan needed the money, and Austin didn't. Gotta admit, Hogan was smart for trying to get it done, as it would have made money. But at that point, who do you have get over? Austin probably knew it was Hogan who would get the win, which is why he didn't do it aswell.

Anyway, to the other questions.

Ultimate Warrior has had his issues with the WWE, but they seem to have been resolved. With that said, he looks to be on the tentative ballot. And another to keep in mind to see there is Randy Savage. The Macho Man has also had his trouble with the WWE too, but it looks to have been resolved aswell.

The thing about Owen is a bit shaded. His wife owned his name rights and everything along with it. Bret Hart owned all the rights to the Hart names but his, since she was his widow. He recently bought those rights to his name, so as long as Bret allows it, Owen can be put into the WWE Hall of Fame this year. But we will have to see if both he allows and the WWE wants to put him in this year or not. There is no doubt he deserves it. Even if he didn't die and just retired at that point in his career, I'd say he still deserved to be in for the work he did before.
