Few Questions
Question
Hello again,
1 - Where are Desmond Wolfe & Magnus and why they suddenly pulled out from Payper View when they were ready to face MMG?
2 - TNA's new angle of "THEY" or the new name rumoured "The Immortals" seems to be nice but dont you think that TNA is repeating this strategy of forming group of wrestlers one after another without impressive execution? It was started from "MEM", then "NWO-The BAND", "EV2-Extreme", "Ric Flair's Fortune" and now "THEY"....! who wil fight with whome if there will be too many wrestlers in one group and every match would be ending on outside interferance or disqualification?
3 - Is there any possibility that Undertaker would end his career at wrestlemania against STING or GOLDBERG because both are rumoured to be inducted in Hall of Fame?
thanks
Answer
Hi Ahsen. Thanks for the question.
1. Leading up to the match at the PPV, Wolfe failed a physical. No info was given at the time why he failed, but the rumor going around was that he was suffering side effects related to the concussions he received prior to joining TNA.
2. I like the whole 'Immortals' angle, mainly because I like the fact that TNA took a chance and turned Jeff Hardy heel. That's something we haven't really haven't seen before, so it will be interesting to see how it plays out.
However, like you said, the group is too big. It reminds of the NWO back in WCW, where it seemed like everybody was either part of the group at one point, or were being recruited to be part of the group.
I think we'll see a bunch of outside interference and dq's at first, but eventually fans will get sick of seeing that, which will hopefully lead to some good matches, and clean finishes.
3. I would say there is 100% no chance the Undertaker will end his career against Sting or Goldberg, mainly because there isn't any history between them.
If the Undertaker announces he is retiring at WrestleMania, it's most likely going to be against someone he has a strong history against, like Shawn Michaels, Kane, Randy Orton, Edge, etc.
Obviously, Sting has never worked for WWE, while Goldberg was only there for a short run.
Thanks again for the question. Let me know if you have anything else.
Have a great day!
