Workouts
Question
I'm currently working on my abs and i wondering will eating chips twice a week effect it!!! And is doing cardio before doing transitions working ur abs and doing elbow to knees work on getting a 6 pack?
Answer
You could eat chips twice a day and it probably wouldn't have a massive effect. However, look at the amount of calories a bag has. I recommend getting the baked kind, which are far more healthy. They also taste pretty good. I usually eat baked one's myself.
Cardio is always needed, so whether it helps the abs or not, do it. However, you can mix the two. Try parkor training, similar to what John Morrison does for his abs. You can infuse that and gymnastics and it will both help in cardio and ab work. Look at the girls and guys you see doing gymnastics in the Olympics, just about all of them are ripped.
Elbow to knees seems to be the old form of doing ab work, such as the same thing you do when you do sit-ups, it works just fine over a period of time, but it can get boring. Like I mentioned above, infusing gymnastics and/or parkor into your training on a weekly basis, I'd say at least 3 times a week, is a fun way to do work outs. Mainly because it never gets boring, you can do it just about anywhere, and you work just about every muscle in your body.
Try it out for a month and you'll see what I mean
