Answer
Hi Billy. Thanks for the question.
1. I don't know of any at the moment. A lot of people think the Cena/Rock angle is legitimate. Some of it is, based on comments made in the past, but it's not like they don't get along. I think it's more of friendly rivalry then anything.
2. I've answered this question several times in the past. Please see some of my previous answers for this one. Thanks.
3. MVP: at this point no, as he's no longer with WWE. Even if he still was, I think his time has passed. He received a pretty big push at one point, and it looked like he was on the verge of becoming champion someday, but then he turned into nothing more then mid card talent. I believe he just signed to wrestle in Japan, so it will interesting to see how he does over there.
Wade Barrett: Yes. I think Barrett has been great since the Nexus was introduced. He's solid in the ring, and is good on the mic. I don't see it happening anytime soon, but if he continues to progress, I don't see any reason why he wouldn't be champion at some point.
R-Truth: No. I just don't think he's anything special, and the main reason he's over is because of his 'what's up' gimmick. I think he's stuck as mid card talent, with possibly a U.S. or IC title run.
Ezekial: At this point no. He has a lot of work to do in the ring, and the fact he doesn't talk much tells me he's limited on the mic. I think WWE put him with the Corr to maybe hide some of his shortcomings.
Kozlov: No. He needs a much better gimmick. Even a few years ago when he was being pushed as a title contender, he wasn't over at all. He's just too boring, and lacks the charisma needed to be champion.
Morrison: Yes. He has the complete package. He has a good luck, good gimmick, and is great in the ring. He's definitely over with the fans. I think he does try to be a little too cute on the mic from time to time, but it's not like he's terrible either.
McIntyre: In the future, yes. He's good in the ring, and is pretty good on the mic. The fans hate him, so he's definitely over as a heel. The problem is, he's just too boring. I think with a better gimmick, he has a chance.
Thanks again for question. Let me know if you have anything else.
Have a great night!
Dave
