Wen carrying on about names I don't really have a name that resembles me but I really don't know how edge resembles Adam but dm and anyway could you help me think of one as the soap opera name doesn't work something cool and could you give me any advice on wrestling and workouts as I only 13 and 5"6 and I need advoce

Well what I mean by represents is, it is the name that goes with the character you are wanting to portray, like how Edge is a character who was a hothead, always on the "edge". So, Adam used it to work for that character.

Really, think of the character you want, and the name is in there somewhere.

Well being 5'6 at 13 means you'll most likely end up on the tall side, around 6'1 or higher. The average man is anywhere between 5'10 and 6'1. That being said, you want to work on things that will work for a man at your size. You'll see guys like Big Show, Kane, Taker, Matt Morgan, etc. doing work outs that are great for men their size. But, for a smaller man, they are killers.

Really, I would def do some running, do that probably about 3 to 4 times a week. Obviously lift weights, depending on how much muscle you'll want to gain, you'll need to do heavier objects will less reps. If you want to maintain the look you have, you'll need to do more reps at a lower seed weight.

Do not try and do anything drastic with weights, seeing as you are 13 and a guy. Most guys grow until their early 20s, where as women stop growing near the ages of 13 to 16. So, most girls in your grade will be tall now, but next year be shorter than almost every guy.

It's just growth that you have to worry about. Do not think your weight or height is an issue, they will all be totally fine. At 13, being at 5'6 is a very good indication you will be over 6 foot tall. Which is a good thing, because just about every successful wrestler has been over 6 foot.

I would recommend getting on sports teams, like football or wrestling. Basketball would be good, as it works on cardio, which is a key thing in wrestling. Always work more so on cardio than anything else, as it is the most important thing to have in pro-wrestling.
