Question
QUESTION: hi joe...how do u do.....
what is max age limit to join in wwe...
Is it possible to join at 30 to 35..... will u tell any superstars join in wwe in tis ages....??
ANSWER: WWE stops taking males in, around 29. They usually won't take a male in over 30 unless it's a special circumstance nowadays. Alberto Del Rio is in his mid-30s and has only been on the main roster a year, and was signed around 2 years ago. WWE had been recruiting him for years but nothing came of it until just about 2 years ago when he was over 30. However, Del Rio is a part of a major Mexican wrestling dynasty and one heck of an athlete, not to mention he is a top name in Mexico who can help grow the Hispanic audience.
So, he was a special case.
Normal people who just wanna get signed, will probably not get signed by WWE after 30, or even around 30. Women have been recruited around 30, but women are a different case entirely in comparison to men.

QUESTION: hi joe...thanks for ur ans...
so finally wats is the max age to join in wwe....???
is age plays main role or appearance of wrestler...?
thanks
Answer
They really don't take on males to train past 27 or 28. If they are big Indy names, they take them around 30 because it's a lot quicker to train them. Girls get in at just about any age because they usually hit TV much quicker than men, in around 6 months.
Age in WWE's eyes is important, mainly because they want to get the most they can out of a wrestler. If they are old when they get them, they won't have them that long and therefore they won't make as much money on them. Plus, they are not as easy to train because they are sooo stuck into what THEY want to do, so it's much more difficult on WWE. Plus, with the schedule being as tough as WWE's is, and injuries are more frequent.
Younger talents are easier to train, get injured far less, and they have them a lot longer. Which means they can market them more and make more on them.
So, the age is quite important to WWE.
