QuestionQUESTION: hi joe...i hav read most of ur ans....
u specify that wwe scouts looks shape.....
1.so what s minimum height and weight to be enough to join in wwe..
2.what s mean by cardio...
thanks....
ANSWER: There is no minimum height or weight, as WWE has had guys who are 5'6 all the way to 7'3. And guys who weigh from 150 to 500lbs. So obviously it's a wide range.
The size WWE likes normally are those who are close to, if not a bit over 6 foot tall and weigh around 230 to 250. John Cena for instance is 6'0 240. Of course, he's a beast in his look, but most of his weight is due to all that muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat
Cardio is basically what you need the most in wrestling. Short for cardiovascular, it's what effects the lungs and heart mainly. Some people can run for an hour long non-stop and get slammed and get up without being tired. Those people have good cardio. Meanwhile others can't wrestle for 5 minutes without huffing and puffing.
This is why those with asthma usually don't go into wrestling. Too tough on the lungs.
But the thing is, you can improve it by working out. So, cardio is one of the easiest things to get better at. Running daily helps, as well as certain lung exercises. You need to see a pulmonary doctor for that though.
Hope that helped!

QUESTION: thanks joe...so
suppose my height is 5'9 and wight in 200lbs..is it get attraction from scouts...which means is it enough to join in wwe..?
thanks
ANSWER: At 5'9 being 200lbs is not a good look. Usually at that height and weight, you're not in good shape. The weight that is supposed to be for that height is actually about 150 to 170. That alone will not get attraction from WWE scouts.
When you start training however, you'll obviously get in better shape and by the time you end training, you'll have a good look since you'll be in Japan.

QUESTION: hi..joe... good look in sense is anything abt skin color ?...
then is this shape is enough for wwe..? see the pic i hav attached...
thanks joe..
AnswerSkin color means nothing to WWE, you can be black, white, yellow, orange, sliver, gold, doesn't matter. You just need to be in great shape and the picture you attached of the guy is a good, healthy look for someone. And that would be the type of guy WWE would love to employ look wise.
He looks like a person who works hard to maintain the type of body he has, so while it would be a lot of work to get and keep a body like that, it would be one to aspire to get of course
