Answer
Kickboxing can be helpful in your wrestling career, but more so martial arts tend to be the most helpful from what I've noticed as you can plan wrestling moves with them while kickboxing is all strike oriented.
I am not really sure on the "Kg" end of things as I'm American and we go by pounds.
But if you want to have major muscle you'll need to get in a gym and use a lot of different free weights or bench. It will also take very long to gain major muscle, it's not something you can get in under a year naturally.
Say you want to be the size of John Cena, he was not as big as he is now when he entered WWE. He gradually gained more and more muscle and now he's over 250lbs. But it took him over 3 years to get that big, and he had to maintain it by going to the gym numerous times during the week, then he went out and wrestled over 250 days a year.
It's actually better to stay away from trying to get Cena's size and just trying to get an overall healthy, better look. Possibly getting a look like Kofi Kingston for instance would be far easier and better for you rather than wanting to be a massive muscle head. Usually they are restricted to what they do in the ring because of how big they get.
Those guys do resistance exercises, parkor, swimming, etc
