Hi Johnny,
there appears to be a lot of debate on the heaviest wrestlers of all time.
This is the list I have.

Benny Mcguire 814 lbs      carnival and Internatinal wrestler
Happy Humphrey 800 lbs     WWWF now WWE although at one time he weighed over 1,000 lb
Billy Mcguire 784 lbs      carnival and Internatinal wrestler
Yokozuna  700 lbs          WWF now WWE
Giant haystacks 686 lbs    U.K and WCW (as the Loch Ness Monster)
Haystacks Calhoun 640 lbs  WWWF now WWE
