money

Question
QUESTION: hi joe..

suppose in hiring process of wwe the wrestler have talent but the scouts wont take him..then that wrestler have any chance to hire..??

i mean that wrestler giving money to scouts to hire him..?? is it possible....

hope u understand..

ANSWER: If the scout doesn't like you, then that means it's pretty much obvious that the trainers won't and try outs won't go well either. So no, paying off the scouts is not a good idea, also kind of a bad move in terms of respect.

Keep in mind, this is Pro-Wrestling. If you suck, then it doesn't matter if the scout likes you some. He is just the first person to go through. Then you have to do try outs, work out for trainers, get in front of crowds, etc. There is a lot more to go through than just a scout. So, you cannot just pay them off and think that'll work

QUESTION: Thanks for your advice joe...

then suppose one directly enters into TNA then is it possible that WWE hire him....

ANSWER: If you're under contract with TNA, you cannot go to WWE. Once you're released by TNA, most have to wait up to 90 days before wrestling for another company like WWE due to something called a "90 day no compete clause". It's with every WWE contract and most TNA one's.

WWE is interested in a lot of TNA names, but the thing is, they are under contract with TNA and WWE cannot hire them until they are out of the contract with TNA.

QUESTION: joe can u tel any example person....

joe suppose someone did't hire by scouts in try out means then is it possible to again participate in tryout...

then what all are the ways to join in wwe except tryouts...

Answer
There is no other way. Everyone has to do a try out no matter what. Basically what they do for people who have wrestled before and have been trained already, is put them in front of a live crowd in the area they are in. Then see if they like them.

For those who do not have training. They will meet with them, look over their resume and if they feel that they like the person, they will send them down to FCW for try outs. They may send them there for a week. It could be just a few days. Just depends I guess.

Don't ask me about the resume stuff. It's various things that they take into account such as acting experience, modeling, sports ties, etc.

No one ever gets hired by a scout by the way. The scout's job is to find the talent and report them to the company for the company to call them up and ask them to come in for try outs. And then possibly sign them if they like them.

No matter who you are, you have to do a try out before getting signed by WWE. Some that jump from TNA for instance, even have to do try outs before being signed. But if it's a former WWE name, like Christian for instance. They knew he had ability still and didn't mind signing him back on without a try out. But that is a VERY special case. He still had to pass medical tests done by WWE, and agree to the contract they offered
