i have joined jym before 3 months.from last month i m taking supplementary...but masters confusing me..
one master telling that use heavy weight
another master telling dont use heavy weight..
what should i do ..?
ANSWER: I never advise taking supplements, only certain one's that have been proven to help for certain things the body needs.
Here's the skinny on working out. You can easily gain muscle as much as a guy on supplements, you just have to work out as long as that other guy, be doing it for the exact same amount of time and eat right. Guarantee you'll have the same type of body at the end of the day because supplements usually are a waste of money.
Over half aren't even proven to work, and the one's that do actually work, simply do because the person has a need for a certain supplement in their body.
For instance, there is a Probiotic called Lactinex, very powerful drug that is actually over the counter here in America. You can go and buy it any day of the week, because it's not regulated by the FDA(Federal Drug Administration) here.
It is actually used for helping people with Gastrointestinal problems but it's also a Dietary Supplement. It's main use for diets is that is speeds up the metabolism. So, you get hungry quicker and faster on it so you eat smaller meals off and on all day instead of big meals a few times a day. This is a good thing of course which is why it can help diets.
But if you get in a gym and use this, sure, it can help. But if you have no need for it, such as a GI issue or weight problem, using this drug will have no added benefit. Therefore while it works for some, it won't for you.
This is why a lot of supplements don't work because most people have no need for them. And the one's that do probably used them because a doctor mentioned it after testing.
So, really the only supplement I'd advise taking would be Vitamins, which are always good. And the best one's usually are the one's for your age group.
Hope that helped.

QUESTION: thanks joe
then kane hurt jack know is it also scripted or real?
especially dropping him with wheelchair from stage..
Answer
Anything you see on TV is supposed to be scripted when it comes to WWE. From the moment Kane came out, everything he did was something written out ahead of time. Now, did Ryder get hurt from it? Probably some, but not as much as you saw. Ryder is actually not really hurt, it's a storyline. So, the idea of him being pushed of the stage was to just set that story up more.
Ryder is just sitting home now feeling just fine and will probably be at Wrestlemania.
