I am looking for the real name of masked wrestler " The Blue Phantom who wrestled on Monday Night Raw, on 11-14-1994.

This is a great question and took even me a while to find out.
it turns out that during 1994 The Blue Phantom was also known as The Black Phantom (odd how he always was dressed in the same black costume no matter what his name was) however his identity is non other than David Heath also known as Gangrel leader of the Brood.
