It's unclear. There were rumors of his return as early as April. But, nothing happened from it. So, I'd be willing to bet he makes an appearance on the 1000th episode of RAW. But even that might be stretching it some. We'll just have to wait and see.

As for Rey Rey, Batista has always been a friend of Rey's and still is very good friends with him. But on TV, they became rivals mainly to get Batista's heel character over well with the crowd. That said, it's possible if he becomes a babyface, he and Rey could be friends on TV again
