AnswerWell here are some websites i found that were pretty good for wrestling moves but like i always say, THIS DOES NOT TAKE THE PLACE OF A COACH. This is just a small guide, the best way to go about this is to ask a coach or some clubs. Wrestling clubs basically take you and train you privately and then take you to tournaments. With this, you gain a lot of experience and it is quite helpful. Also, a good summer wrestling camp is very helpful. I provided some sites where you can look up the state you are in to see about wrestling camps but they won't be up till April-ish. I recommend Leigh High Summer Camp because they are the most intense and generally the best camp. 140-150 weights are actually one of the hardest ones because the people in that class have a lot of upper body strength and a lot of people are in that weight class so the competition is intense. Oh and I do this because i signed up for it, i enjoying lending my experience to other people. Good luck with the season and contact me with any other questions.
