I have been wrestling for 2 years and I am having trouble with the hip toss.if u could give me the exact positioning onmy hands and feet that would be great

Answer
Well i am assumsing you are talking about the bump and lift. Well basicaally you have to get a square stance behind the person and lock your hands around the waste and lift and then come down gentally. Most important thing is to position your feet so you can support both weights. Thats all i can say without showing you. The best thing to do is to ask your coach becuase he could show you and tell you what you are doing wrong. Good luck
