Greg,
i am 13 years old and i wrestle. i want to buy new headgear from this website but i dont know if i should get adult size or youth. i am kind of small for 13.

Well, I would suggest you go into school and see if you can try on both adult and youth size. Having never seen you, i wouldn't know. On one hand, u could use an adult so you could adjust to a bigger size when you grow up but on the other hand, it could be a bit too big for you. Ask some of your team mates to see what size they wear and try them on. Or, go to a store and try them on. Either way, i wouldn't just blindly order them because it could be the wrong size and then you have to return it and buy another one and it's jus a big pain. Hope I helped. Good luck.
