I am really strong on the mat, and i tend to lead if not dominate in the first period, just because of muscle and strengh, but as the match goes on i get tired, sometimes very quickly, which is the main reason i sometimes loose, i know that i need to work on cardio, but what type of cardio can i do in Chicago, during the winter, when it is snowing outside?

Well this is not just a cardio thing. Anything will really help you out as long as you work out till you can barley stand it and then push harder. Indurence is what you need. You can do any excersize you would normally do inside and just push yourself. For example, you can do push ups and when you feel like you are going to quit, do 10 more or 20 more. Push ups, toyotas, sit ups, running in place are all things you can do inside. I hope it helps.
