Forgeting
Question
I'm a first year wrestler and i have to wrestle varsity so when i go out i get nervous and forget my moves, like i'll sit-out and just stay there because i forget what to do.And the other thing that bugs me is when i went to a JV tournment in ckeechobee i did everything right. What should i do.(the email is so no one hacks it)

sorry to tell you but there isn't much i can tell you to fix that particular issue. everyone has gone through it. that's actually the best thing i can tell you. if you're feeling nervous, you have to tell yourself that the other guy is just as, if not more nervous than you. it takes time, but the more comfortable you are with your moves and whatnot, the easier it will be to get over the nerves. its just like when you're getting tired going into the third period or overtime or something, just tell yourself that no matter how tired you are that the other guys is more tired. its a way of toughening yourself up, try and be the tougher guy. that's what I've done that always helped me. just have confidence in yourself, you know your stuff, go out there and prove it. remember its just a wrestling match, the worst that can happen is the other guy gets his hand raised.
