QUESTION: Hi,

I have a quick question for you here i am going to attach my weigh cutting plan can you edited(Correct it)that or give me a better one to do.

Here it is
Day 1: Drink 2 gallons of water.
Day 2: Drink 2 gallons of water.
Day 3: Drink 2 gallons of water.
Day 4: Drink 1 gallon of water cut all sodium from diet start watching food ate.
Day 4: Drink no fluids, no sodium, and little food. May take a NATURAL laxative.
Day 5:  Take a sauna for 2 15 min periods. Take little water and food food shall be a simple balance bar. Eat every 30 min time intervals. Drink lots of fluids after 3-4 gallons.

Also Should I drink fluids the day of a weigh in and food if so witch kinds and how much. Also give me some nutrition advice.

ANSWER: This is an alright weight cutting program except for day 4. I assume you have practice everyday so no water or food and laxative would probably kill you. I personally wouldn't do this because of being tired out so quickly. I would just stick with a 300 calorie diet for two meals a day. That would make you loose weight pretty fast. Also if you are really desparte, I had a friend who dropped 4-5 pounds right before a match by simply putting on all his clothes, his sweats and he would turn the showers to as hot as they would go and he would jump rope for about 30 mins to an hour. If you think yours is better then by all means but I would not recommend drinking that much water as it adds ALOT of weight on. I was suppose to be regiestered at 121 before a hydration test, I drank so much that I ended up being 135. I hope it goes alright for you.

QUESTION: I eat food every day execpt till after the weigh in on day 5. I drink alot of water so on day 4 it is easier it is called fluid restriction. Can you give me a weight cutting plan so i can try it out. And no I dont practice after day 2.

Well yea, I think I gave you one. It's not as detailed as yours. It's just eat two meals a day containing 300 calories. The body needs about 2,000 calories to gain one pound so this one should make you loose some weight. Drink one bottle of water a day max and yea. It makes you loose water weight and fat weight. It worked for me but then again my metabolism is weird. I hope it works out.
