the best wrestling shoes?

Hello Mr. Friedl,
can you give me pointers on how to pick out the best wrestling shoes? I find it had to balance support and speed.
If you would, give me some examples and why each shoes excels.
Each shoes also enhance different styles, too? just to point out that it seems the wrestlers from the same college all wears the same shoes. Like the Iowa Hawkeyes all wears Rulons...

actually i can't.  picking your shoes has got to come from your experience.  a shoe's characteristics to one person will be different depending on your likes and dislikes.  the shoes that i like may be different from someone who wrestles very similarly to my style.  its all trial and error.  i'm sorry i can't be more help Yang.
