hi i would like to know any llifts or workouts to increase my wrestling stregth and neck stregth also what state do u wrestle in and are you nationally ranked> thnaks

I'm not an expert on the lifts but I do have a trainer that helps my strength conditioning program. Wrestling strength is repetition and endurance. Better to bench 185 25 times than to bench 255 lbs once. Neck strength is as easy as doing backbridges and neck excercises like your coaches should've taught you to a more complex use of neck machines. You can find these machines at your local Gym.
I wrestle in the state of South Carolina and I'm not nationally ranked but I did come close to beating the #18 all-class wrestler so I'm pretty much up there.
