Still made JV1 @ 103 in Soph yr but partway thru season was moved up V 112 to fill spot of injured wrestler. Got beat to death at V lvl (2-14). Knows off-season prep critical this yr (camp since 1st day off-season, pers strength trainer, 8 off-season tournies. We are seeking aggressive strength and conditioning "coach"/partner to work with him 1 1/2 - 2 hrs (mid/late mornings) 3 x/week in Chgo Near West Suburb . Believe PRIVATE Coach or current College wrestler/former wrestler @ State/NCAA level perfect.Any recommendations? Thanks. Patrick 630 525 0015
Answer
first of all let me apologize for the time it took to respond. but let me tell you that in the west suburbs you are located very close to the Overtime School of Wrestling, and their facilities and coaches are second to none. for instance their strength coach is Jason Patrick, who was my strength coach for two years at the University of Illinois. so i have the utmost confidence in his ability to improve, especially with regards to wrestling, a persons potential where strength and conditioning is conserned. good luck
