Hey Victor
Thank you for your interest in wrestling. I think that first, you must decide at what level of wrestling you are goin to participate at. I need to know, are you just beginning as in never wrestled before? If that is the case, I would go to the local highschool or middle school and see where you fit in as a volunteer coach. Depending on your weight class, mix it up with some sparring sessions to check your cardio - make sure you stretch real good, and perhaps get some cycling prior to that activity. I am never one to argue for personal limitations, just make sure you are in decent physical shape before you just jump right out there. Also, your energy will be based on what you eat and drink. (http://rmcdonald7.qhealthzone.com/)and (http://opp.sunrider.com/healthessentials/) are my sites that will give you the best water (Perfect Water) the best energy drinks - EXS Gold) and the best energy nutrition (Sunrider). Pace yourself, build your stamina, stay flexible, and get your rest. Include a regimen of pullups / pushups / situps every other day to build up your strength. If you can sustain this type of regimen until Christmas, you will have an idea of whether or not you are ready for a shot at the wrestling title, whatever level. Let me know your progress. Good luck!
Yours in the Quest for Gold,
Coach Rae-Rae
