Answer
Hey Sanju,
Thanks for the question. I must admit that becoming an Olympic medalist in wrestling is a lofty goal and a daunting task, to say the least. Your martial arts background will serve your mental resolve that will be a requirement for your quest, and Judo will be most helpful for your transition to wrestling. I would estimate that at least 8 to 10 hours per day will be a starting point for your workout regimen. As far as your age is concerned, 30 to 34 is considered prime for wrestling. You will need to have an abundance of energy, stamina, and adequate recovery time. Please check out my sites which will explain the alkaline advantage for sports performance. (http://healthessentials.yourbodyiswater.org) for Kangen water and (http://opp.sunrider.com/healthessentials) for Vita-Shakes, Sports Caps (lean muscle mass) and Sunrise (stamina). Also, check my uncle out for wrestling technique and tactics (gold-certified) at bobby Douglas.com. Keep me posted on your progress! Good luck!
