Question
hello sir
i want to ask you that if any boy or girl stop improving after some specific time then what workout should be gave to them or any other way to improve there time of swimming

Answer
Hello there.  Thanks for asking me a question on here.  I am sorry if you waited very long for my reply.

When an athlete stops improving it's usually called "peaking".  In other words, the athlete reached the "peak" of their career.  This can happen for a number of reasons.  This is not always finite though.

Swimmers (and all other athletes) sometimes reach plateaus (don't know if I spelled that right) in their career.  These are times where they aren't improving.  Any number of reasons can cause this, however mentally you just need to ride it out and keep working hard.  Athletes are going to continuously improve in their sport while they are growing up.  As they become taller and stronger it's easy to improve in any sport.  The real question is how can someone improve after they have stopped growing.  The answer is in your mind.

Mental training is just as important as physical training.  The only thing that separates good athletes from great athletes is the desire and knowledge of working harder in practice.  "The body achieves what the mind believes."  That quote is true.  You can achieve almost anything if you put your mind to it.

So now let me get to your question.  There isn't a specific workout to give someone if they stop improving.  It's up to that person to push through the plateau and work harder.  It's all about being mentally tough.  Does that make sense?

I hope that this answered your question.  There are many ways to get mentally tougher...but it's up to that person to figure out how.  You can't teach a person this trait.  It's inate...they are born with it.  Coaches are there to help guide the athlete...but they can't make them more mentally tough.  Only that athlete can do that.

Good luck.  Let me know if you have any other questions.  I am more than happy to help out.
Swim hard!
Eric
