time standards

Question
hello i have been looking for a time standards table so i can
look up wether i have a A time a AA time, or a Q time etc......i  
looked on the usa swimmiing website and could not find any
thing..i saw a girl at a meet and she had a sheet with all
the events for her age group and the time you need to have a a
certain ranking (A, AA, Q...)  is there a website where i could find
this?  i am currently in the 13-14 age group but will be turniing
15 in few months ..

ps. let me mention i am dissapointed that water polo was not in
the sports section...maybe that could get in here too?

Thanks for writing.  I just checked on the USA Swimming website.  The times are all there for you.  Here is how to get to them.

1.  Go to www.usaswimming.org
2.  On the left side of the page there is a navigation bar titled "usa swimming tools".  Click on "Times/Time Standards".
3.  A menu will open under that header in the navigation bar.  Click on "Time Standards".
4.  On the main page there is a link under the "2005-2008 Motivational Times" called "Top 16 Based Motivational Times".  Click on that.
5.  A pdf file will be downloaded that contains all the information you will need.

I hope that this helps you out.  I was able to find it pretty easily.  USA Swimming's website is very confusing if you aren't familiar with it.  Good luck.  Let me know if you have any problems or further questions.
