beginner diver
Question
hello, well I had just finished watching the TV show MADE. I have been wanting to do diving for awhile and I was thinking that I kinda want to have some back ground before I go in there and try. It will also motivate me to workout because I don't. I was just wondering if you could help me organize a workout plan or something for me so that I can start progressing myself and getting in shape. oh yes and I was kinda discouraged because I talked to some of the swimming girls and they said that their workout was way harder than the diving team. Is this true or is their ways that we can have just as hard of a workout?

Hi,
That's pretty complex to do. But, I would suggest taking gymnastics classes. Those help with most of the diving skills. Swimming is way harder than diving, because of the muscles you use while your swimming. Diving is basic, but has its own difficulties. Good luck!
