how to control body in air, what r the steps to practice before somersaults etc. i.e tutorial video to learndive.

The best suggestion I can give you is practice, practice, practice. Controlling your body in the air is learned by doing. By making sure that your approach, hurdle and jump are strong and under control. The better your start, the easier it is to be under control in the air. If you are too fast on the board, you'll be to fast in the air to control your movements. The somersault will come pretty easy once you learn to get your hands above your head with control on the end of the board/platform. Warning though, as your learning somersaults and twists, it is very likely that you will land on your back and chest, it stings, but it's part of learning to dive.
