what the suit and safe age for kids to be teached in diving?

Since you do not mention the gender of your child I will address suits for boys and girls.
For girls, make sure you do not use a two piece suit because it may come off.Use only a one piece suit that fits snugly but is comfortable. For boys, some kids do not want to wear a Speedo so instead they wear a longer version of it called a "Jammer". Make sure the suit does not go below the knees.

I recommend kids start diving at age 8. They should be safe in deep water and be able to tread water or dog paddle. They should feel comfortable in deep water and not panic. They should be willing to dive deeply to about 10 or 11 feet and be able to do it without goggles and be willing to open their eyes underwater.
