i live in egypt,my 12 year old girl has a competition in my country by the end of july,and i'm coming to the states in june and staying in wayne,new jersey.so can you help me to find a place where she can have diving training at this period of time.

The part of New Jersey you are going to has no diving teams but you can find a few by traveling to New York. There is a team 20 miles away in Suffern New York. There are two other teams, one in Flushing (34 miles) and one in New York City (28 miles). The team in New York City is found at Columbia University. Use your Internet search engine to find the diving coach, Gordon Spencer. Enter "Columbia University Athletic Department" and look for his contact info under the swimming team link.
The other two teams in Suffern and Flushing can be found by going to www.usadiving.org. Click on Clubs and then Find A Club. Enter New York and a list of teams will come up. Look for Vic Byrne in Suffern and the New York Dive Club in Flushing to find out more about these programs.
