- A flat-head screwdriver
- A putty knife
- A hammer
- A nail
- A piece of wood (at least 12 inches long)
- A pool liner repair kit
Instructions:
1. Remove the pool liner from the pool wall by pulling it up and over the coping.
2. Lay the pool liner flat on the ground and find the area where it is pulled away from the wall.
3. Use the flat-head screwdriver to pry up the edges of the pool liner around the pulled away area.
4. Insert the putty knife under the edges of the pool liner and pry it up as far as you can.
5. Use the hammer and nail to drive the nail through the center of the pulled away area.
6. Tie a piece of wood to the nail and use it as a lever to pry the pool liner back into place.
7. Once the pool liner is back in place, use the pool liner repair kit to patch the hole.
Tips:
- Be careful not to tear the pool liner when you are pulling it up and over the coping.
- If the pulled away area is large, you may need to use multiple pieces of wood to pry up the liner.
- Be sure to patch the hole in the pool liner thoroughly to prevent water from leaking through.
