bay area diving lessons for beginners

hi
we are 9 and 12 and looking for first time springboard/platform diving lessons in the bay area.we have both taken swimming and gymnastics in the past.

Hi Girls -

You will have an easy time finding a lesson program where you live since diving is very strong in the Bay Area (where I used to live). In the east bay, check out the Sherman Divers or All Valley Diving. In the south bay, the Santa Clara Divers (my old team) are very good. On the peninsula, Stanford Diving has the best outdoor pool in the US. In the north bay, there is the Santa Rosa Diving program.

Just go to www.usadiving.org, click on Join USA Diving and then Find A Club. Enter CA and a list of teams will come up. You will find the contact info for the above teams on that page.
