whats the best way to get back into shape for the season both on and off the water

Off the water riding a bike is a great way to get your cardio back into shape. You should also concentrate on your abs, back, and shoulders. Getting your abs in shape will help your back. They are your center of gravity and help keep your whole body in balance. As for on the water more short sets are better than really long sets. Early in the season run passes several times over don't go too hard too early. Hope this helps. April Coble Eller
