IS WALKING BETTER FOR ME AT AGE 52 THAN STARTING A JOGGING OR RUNNING PROGRAM.?
IF SO, HOW DO I START SO I CAN MAINTAIN WEIGHT ETC.

WALKING IS GREAT!
IT IS BETTER THAN JOGGIN AND RUNNING, THAT TEARS DOWN OUR BODIES LATER IN LIFE AND GIVES US PLENTY OF PROBLEMS.
DO POWER WALKING IS GREAT.
START SLOWLY AND WORK UP TO WHAT GOALS U SET FOR YOURSELF.
MY DAUGHTER DOES 4 MILE A DAY IN EARLY MORNING.
